Purchase Rehab Program
With the Purchase Rehab Program, homebuyers can add up to $35,000 to a mortgage, with as little as 3.5% down, to assist with repairs and upgrades to a fixer-upper. The dream is real.
- The Purchase Rehab Program is a government-insured mortgage that can be combined with the Home Flex Plus program that provides cash assistance to help with down payment and closing costs.
- The Purchase Rehab Mortgage can cover things like cosmetic repairs and upgrades, energy-efficiency and safety improvements, and other non-structural repairs that add value to the property.
- Benefits of this program include up to $35,000 in rehab funds in a one-time mortgage closing.
REQUIREMENTS: Available to borrowers with income up to $151,200. Must use one of our FHA 203k or Rural Development first mortgage products. Available on single and two-unit primary residences only. Not available on manufactured homes. Minimum FICO 620.
