All deposits at Metro are fully insured through the NCUA and MSIC. You can continue to access your accounts, online banking, and branch services without interruption.

If you or a family member are impacted by the shutdown, please reach out to us early. We offer:

•    Hardship Assistance for Borrowers: Including payment deferrals, loan modifications, fee waivers, and hardship loans.
•   Metro Assistance Portal (M.A.P.), powered by Starlight: A resource hub to help you discover government and community benefits you may qualify for.
