How to Use Metro Pay: 
  • When making a payment, you will be required to enter your loan suffix. Your loan suffix is the last two digits of the account number, located on your statement.
  • When adding an account, enter the last 4 digits of the primary accountholder's Social Security Number
  • If you are making a payment from a savings account, enter your savings account information when it requests you to enter checking account information.

Please Note:
  • Payments are limited to a maximum total of $5,000 per payment. Payments exceeding this limit will be returned.
  • You will be charged the applicable return transaction fee, found on the Metro Credit Union Fee Schedule, when payments are returned for any reason.
  • You will not be able to make a payment if there is no balance on your loan.
  • Automatic payments need to be canceled once your loan is paid off.
  • Please contact Metro at 877.MY.METRO (877.696.3876) if your billing address has changed to ensure uninterrupted billing.
For Mortgage Payments:
  • Only exact monthly payments due can be accepted for Metro mortgage loans.
  • Mortgage payments are processed the next business day.
To make an electronic payment to your Metro Credit Card, log into Metro's Online Banking and click on "credit card details" to access your credit card account.

To make a payment to your Commercial Loan, contact your Loan Officer for assistance.
