Coverage begins the first day of the month after you pay your phone bill using your eligible Metro checking account. Excludes prepaid phones, cosmetic damage, and wear and tears.
To file a claim:
- Report the incident: Call BaZing at 855.822.9464 within 60 days of your phone being stolen or damaged. You can download the claim form at BaZing.com or request it by phone.
- Submit your claim: Provide the completed claim form and all required documentation within 90 days of the incident, as outlined in the Cellular Telephone Guide to Benefits.
- Maintain eligibility: Your cell phone bill must be paid from your eligible checking account associated with your Metro Perks membership.

Roadside Assistance
Up to $80 per service, four times per year. Includes:
- Towing
- Battery jump
- Flat tire help
- Fuel, oil, or water delivery
- Lockout service
- Collision and extrication assistance
One service per type is allowed every seven days.

Metro Perks Fuel Rewards
Earn 10¢ off per gallon just for activating. Get additional rewards when you meet monthly debit card usage goals.
- Redeem at participating Shell stations
- Limited to 20 gallons per fill-up
- Rewards apply on the first day of the month after they’re earned
- Rewards do not apply if the transaction minimum is missed the month prior
