Throughout her career at Metro, Michel has strengthened the credit union's technology infrastructure, expanded digital banking capabilities, enhanced operational efficiency, and fostered strategic fintech partnerships that have advanced member service and organizational performance. Her collaborative approach has helped position Metro as one of the region’s most innovative community financial institutions.
“Metro’s success is driven by our people, our culture, and our commitment to improving the financial lives of our members,” said Michel. “I look forward to continuing this important work alongside our talented team to build on that foundation and help shape what’s next for Metro.”
