Metro Credit Union Announces Employee Promotions
CHELSEA, MA — April 3, 2025 — Metro Credit Union, the largest state-chartered credit union in Massachusetts, today announced that it has promoted Angie Buitrago to AVP Human Resources and named Priscilla Rodriguez as Branch Manager at its Chelsea – Main branch located at its corporate offices. The credit union has also elevated four employees to manager roles.

Angie Buitrago has been promoted to AVP Human Resources. Buitrago joined Metro in 2018 and most recently served as Human Resources Business Partner, leading performance management and employee relations. In her new role, she will expand her responsibilities to include collaborating with the Learning & Development team on enhancing the organization’s talent and growth programs and heading up Metro’s DEI initiatives.
Priscilla Rodriguez has been named Branch Manager at Metro’s Chelsea – Main branch. Rodriguez joined Metro in 2020 as a Sales & Service Supervisor and following several promotions, she served as Branch Manager at Metro’s Medford branch until her recent appointment in Chelsea. In her new role, she is responsible for managing daily operations, supervising and assisting with staff development, and providing financial guidance and education to Metro members at the credit union’s Chelsea – Main branch.

- Jessmarie Benitez Guzman – Assistant Branch Manager, Boston – Commonwealth Avenue
- Justin Felix – Assistant Manager Digital Marketing
