Metro Business Development Team Expands
Metro Credit Union announces the addition of three new Business Development Officers. The team is led by Theresa Palmer, Vice President Business Development.
Three individuals have joined Metro as Business Development Officers, responsible for generating new business, cultivating relationships within Metro’s existing 1200 workplace banking Select Employee Groups (SEGs), and increasing membership and activity within SEGs:
- Marsela Stoja of North Andover, MA returns to Metro Credit Union and joins the Business Development team with over five years of experience in the financial industry. She previously held the position of Account Administrator for Fidelity Client at BNY Mellon, and was a member of the Retail Team at Metro Credit Union.
- Maria Guarente of Danvers, MA first joined Metro as a summer intern in 2016, where she served as Mortgage Sales Specialist before transitioning to the role of Human Resources Assistant. Tenaglia recently graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Communication Science and Disorders from the University of New Hampshire.
- Nicole Buccheri of Lynn, MA joined Metro in December of 2017 as Administrative Assistant, supporting numerous projects including data management and reporting, community outreach, marketing, and event production. Buccheri’s background in business development includes an internship at Champion for Autism Network of Surfside, SC, where she gained hands-on experience in nonprofit fundraising and relationship management.
“Metro is thrilled to expand its Business Development team with three talented, motivated individuals dedicated to bringing high quality service to Metro’s Select Employee Groups throughout Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire,” said Palmer.
