Our promise is to always elevate and improve your banking experience. That's why we're making account changes that benefit you.
Beginning April 30, you’ll see the following changes:
Low balance fees on Membership Savings accounts are being eliminated.
By removing that fee, we’re making it easier for you to manage your money without unnecessary penalties.
Returned deposited item fees are being eliminated.
You can deposit checks with confidence, knowing you won’t be penalized if a check is returned unpaid. It’s our way of helping you have more financial peace of mind.
Inactivity fees on checking accounts are being eliminated.
If you have a Metro checking account, we won’t charge a fee if you don’t use your account for a certain period of time. We’ll still maintain security protocols to protect you and your money because we want you to be able to manage your money at your own pace.
We’re increasing the flexibility of our overdraft limits on checking accounts.
Doing this will help you cover more of your important bills in the event of a financial emergency.
