To speak to a Metro Member Service Representative please call 877-MY-METRO (877-696-3876).  Member Services is available Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday:  8:00 AM- 5:00 PM; Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and Saturday: 8:00 AM -1:00 PM.

You can also perform automated banking transactions 24/7 through Metro's Telephone Banking by calling 800-423-5699.

Visa or MasterCard: For immediate 24-hour assistance, call 800-449-7728.

Debit or ATM card: During normal business hours, please call 877-MY-METRO. After business hours, call 866-594-6439 for immediate 24-hour assistance.
