Statement delivery that's quick, easy and green!
To enroll in eStatements, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to Online Banking
- Click on any account from the Accounts page
- Click on Online Statements
- View and accept Metro’s Electronic Communications Disclosure
- Verify you can see the eStatement pdf (if you cannot see the pdf you will be given instructions on how to update your Adobe settings)
- Select your Account Preferences (eStatement delivery method)
- Depending on your selection of delivery (email or Text) you will need to verify your email address or your phone number
- Once you have completed the above steps, your statements will be available. We will send you notification each month when your statements are ready to view.
