Mobile Banking Enhancements

On Wednesday, April 24, 2019, enhancements will be made to the Mobile App.

Mobile App New Features and Enhancements:

Improved Messaging
  • Receive an email notification when a mobile-deposited check has been rejected for processing.
Improved Navigation
  • The biometric prompt which displays to allow users access to the app via Touch ID, Face ID, or Android Fingerprint will now display automatically, reducing taps.
  • You'll be able to enter a memo to be associated with an account transfer. The memo will be a part of the description in the transaction history.
  • On the Accounts screen, information below the header will be displayed on two tabs: Transactions and Account Details. Account transactions are shown on the Transactions tab and all other data such as interest rates, due dates, minumum amount due, etc. will appear on the Account Details tab. If no account data is available for the account, both tabs are hidden and only the balance header and transactions are displayed.
  • You will be able to manually change the order in which accounts are displayed.
  • Users with Credit Sense will receive credit alert notifications on the account screen.
