Metro Welcomes Marie O'Neill
Metro Credit Union announced the appointment of Marie O’Neill as Senior Vice President of Member Engagement and Experience. In her role, O’Neill will be responsible for impacting activities at all levels of the credit union that affect member experience, with the goal to actively build, nurture and engage members and their relationship with Metro.
O’Neill brings over 20 years of experience to Metro, having previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Branding and Innovation Officer at Union Savings Bank in Connecticut, and Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing at Salem Five in Massachusetts.
O’Neill earned her Bachelor of Arts and MBA from Northeastern University, and a diploma from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking. She is a Certified SCRUM Master and Certified Financial Marketing Professional. Additionally, while in Connecticut, O’Neill served on the Board of the Hunt Hill Farm, was on City Center Danbury’s board of commissioners, belonged to the marketing committee for the United Way of Western CT and was a member of the Danbury Funder’s Group.
Outside of the office, O'Neill is an avid reader, traveler and movie-goer, and enjoys spending time with her family. O’Neill is excited to join the Metro Credit Union community.
