Metro Promotes Melissa Fitzmaurice, AVP Technology Business Partner
Robert Cashman, President and CEO of Metro Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Melissa Fitzmaurice to the newly created role of Assistant Vice President, Technology Business Partner.
In her role, Fitzmaurice is responsible for providing technology support to Metro’s internal departments through her working relationships with external vendors. Fitzmaurice serves as the point person on multiple infrastructure projects, which have direct impact to Metro’s members, ensuring that relevant resources are included and contributing towards successful program launches.
With more than 14 years of credit union experience, Fitzmaurice has developed a broad range of experience in the areas of operations, lending and retail, including as a Branch Manager, Mortgage Administration Manager and Project Manager. Through her project management duties, Fitzmaurice has honed her skills with a focus on workflow design support, technology support and vendor management.

Fitzmaurice earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting Management from Northeastern University.
A resident of Reading, MA, Fitzmaurice enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
