Metro Credit Union, Massachusetts’ largest state-chartered credit union, today announced that Betzi E. De La Rocha has been appointed Branch Manager of Metro’s Salem branch, located at 4 Paradise Road in Salem, MA.

In this role, De La Rocha is responsible for managing daily branch operations, sales, service, and security. She is also responsible for the professional development of the staff, through training, coaching, and mentorship.

Prior to joining the Salem branch, De La Rocha was Branch Manager at Metro’s Commonwealth Avenue location in Boston. Previously, she was Branch Manager at Citizens Bank in Stoneham, MA and Sales Service Manager at North Shore Bank in Peabody, MA.
De La Rocha is a graduate of the New England College of Business and Finance where she majored in banking and finance. ###About Metro Credit Union
