Metro Credit Union Appoints New Lawrence Branch Manager
Metro Credit Union, Massachusetts’ largest state-chartered credit union, today announced that George Nunez has been appointed Branch Manager of Metro’s Lawrence branch, located at 215 South Broadway.
In this role, Nunez is responsible for managing all aspects of the branch office, including administration, sales, service, and security, and promoting the image of the credit union within the community. He is also responsible for the professional development of staff through training, coaching, and mentorship.
Nunez has held several other positions at Metro, including Teller, Branch Sales and Service Representative (BSSR), Senior Branch and Sales Supervisor (SBSSR, Branch Supervisor, and Assistant Manager. Prior to joining Metro, Nunez was an Assistant Manager and Store Manager at Rent a Center.
Nunez is a resident of Lawrence, MA where he lives with his wife, Ileen and daughter, Avianna.
