CHELSEA, MA, May 2, 2022 – Robert Cashman, CEO of Metro Credit Union, Massachusetts’ largest state-chartered credit union, has announced the recent promotion of three staff members.

• Melissa Fitzmaurice – Vice President, Technology joined Metro in 2006 as a result of Metro’s merger with University Credit Union. She began her career at Metro as a Branch Manager and later became the Mortgage Administration Manager on the Mortgage Operations team. During Metro’s 2020 conversion, she served as Project Manager and at completion became an AVP Technology Business Partner.
• Robert Della Croce – AVP, Secondary Market Manager joined Metro in 2013 as a Mortgage Servicing Representative. Within a few months, he became a Secondary Market Specialist and was promoted to Senior Secondary Market Specialist after a year and a half. As of June 2018, he became the Secondary Market Manager.
• Erinda Ferhati – AVP, Commercial Credit Analyst joined Metro in 2018 as a Commercial Credit Analyst after many years at the National Commercial Bank in Albania. In August 2020, Erinda was promoted to Senior Commercial Credit Analyst.
