Robert Cashman, President and CEO of Metro Credit Union, is pleased to announce the appointment of Evon Gerges as Branch Manager at Metro’s Salem branch, located at 4 Paradise Road in Salem, MA.

As Branch Manager, Gerges is responsible for managing daily branch operations, security, service, and sales. Gerges oversees the professional development of staff and ensures high customer service standards through ongoing training and coaching.

Gerges brings more than 30 years of banking experience to her role. Before joining Metro as Assistant Branch Manager in the Main Office, Gerges held the positions of Branch Manager at Salem Five Bank and Branch Supervisor at TD Bank.

A resident of Peabody, Gerges has two children and enjoys spending time traveling with her husband and volunteering at her church.
