Metro Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Eric Lampedecchio to Assistant Vice President Training Manager.

Lampedecchio joined Metro in 2010, and has served in a variety of roles including Branch Sales & Service Representative, Assistant Branch Manager, Training Specialist, and in 2014, was named Training Manager. In his current role, he oversees all training activities, to include planning, coordinating and facilitating systems and skills training via the classroom, webinar, and eLearning. He has played a critical role in multiple company initiatives, and is a go-to resource throughout the credit union.

Elizabeth Mulvey, SVP Human Resources, stated, “Eric’s knowledge and leadership in the area of employee development is a true asset to Metro. Our goal is to ensure all employees are equipped to provide caring service to our members – he works tirelessly to make this happen.”

A resident of Revere, Eric works part time at the TD Garden as a Stand Attendant. His commitment goes beyond Metro employees and members; he is an active advocate in the community, a member of the UFCW Local 1445, and is a Board Member of the Revere Alumni Association. He is also a member of the Cooperative Credit Union Association Trainers Network and the Association for Talent Development. Lampedecchio holds a BS in Business Administration from Salem State University and is currently working towards a Masters in Organizational Leadership.
