Metro will transfer your Vacation Club savings to you even faster!

As of May 1, 2016, you will have immediate access to your Vacation Club funds.

As previously stated, your Vacation Club savings will be transferred directly into your Metro savings account (or another Metro account you designated). This eliminates the hassle and wait time of receiving a paper check in the mail.
If you have any questions, please call 877-MY-METRO.

You can also use phone banking to get a check sent immediately once transfer has occurred.
To access Phone Banking:
- Call 877-696-3876, then select option 2.
- You will then need your account number and a PIN number.
- If you do not have a PIN, your temporary PIN is the last four digits of your Social Security Number. For security purposes, you will be prompted to change your temporary PIN on your first access.
- If you do not remember your PIN, call 877-696-3876 and then select option 6.
