We recently updated the look and feel of Metro iBanking to enhance your digital banking experience. Though things may look a little different, you still have access to all the great features that make online banking with Metro a breeze.

In addition to a revamped, sleek and modern interface, the updated platform features:

• New navigation bar including your most frequently accessed features
• Best-in-class technology that will increase speed and performance
• Simple modules to manage your finances in real-time
• Additional menus and brand-new icons to help you navigate with ease
• Dark mode option is now available.

It moved! The Self Service Center is now located within different menus on iBanking desktop and iMobile. You can still use it to make profile changes, access eStatements, Contact Us, set alerts and biometrics.

• Desktop iBanking Self Service Center is within the top right Profile menu drop-down.

• iMobile Self Service Center is within the top left hamburger menu and includes navigation options to various products and services.

Yes! There is no need to change or update your username and password, and the updated look will automatically appear in iBanking and on Metro’s Mobile App starting January 17^th.

If you bookmarked the account login page it will continue to work as before. You will need to re-establish all other bookmarks and favorites.

Yes however you may need to reset your biometrics for fingerprint ID and facial recognition including with the mobile app within the Self Service Center.

All your custom account settings, including account alerts, bill payees and account nicknames, will carry over and continue as they have been.

eStatements are located within the eDocuments section of the Desktop iBanking Self Service Center (found within the top right Profile menu drop-down).

Yes, users may experience a lapse in connectivity to third-party financial applications. Please be aware of the following:

• Intuit application users, such as QuickBooks Online and Mint.com, will experience an interruption in connection for up to 48 hours (potentially through January 19).
• On or after January 17 you will need to contact your other 3^rd party financial provider(s). Unfortunately these providers will only speak with you, the user, to re-establish connection to their platform. Inform them that you need to reset your aggregation script due to a change in your online banking theme.

Android users can use the native “back button” on their Android device to navigate back to the Metro app home screen.

Android users can log out and then log back into the iBanking mobile app to resolve this issue.
