Getting Started

Bring your finances right to you, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with Online Banking. All you need is a device with Internet access and you can:

  • Check balances and see detailed history

  • Transfer money

  • Set alerts

  • View statements

  • View images of cleared checks

  • Reorder checks

  • Apply for a loan or make a loan payment

  • Request stop payments

  • Securely communicate with a Metro Representative via email or Live Chat through the Message Center


Enrolling:

If you’ve never used Metro’s Online Banking, you will need to enroll. To enroll, you will need to enter your Metro business account number and the primary account holder's full Social Security Number. Please have your phone available to receive an authentication code.

Step 1: Click the “enroll in online banking” link on the log in page. Enter your account number and your social security number, read and agree to the terms and conditions, and click “ENROLL.”

Step 2: You will be prompted to create a User ID and password. Passwords must contain between 8 and 32 characters, both upper and lower case letters and at least one number. As a security precaution, avoid using previous passwords.

Step 3: You will then be prompted to log in with the User ID and password you just created. After logging in, you’ll be required to select and answer 5 security questions. Answers must be between 4 and 32 characters long.

Step 4: After setting up the required security questions, you will be prompted to register a phone for identity verification. Please have your phone available to receive a verification code, which you will need to enter on your computer screen.
