Text Banking

With Text Banking, your business account information is only seconds away! Just text a short command and get balance information, transfer funds, see account history, and set alerts.

How to get started with text banking:

  • Log in to Metro’s Online Banking

  • Click on Mobile

  • Enroll your mobile device and check the checkbox for text banking to activate

  • You will receive a text alert letting you know that you are enrolled and can begin using the service.

Our Text Banking is free, but standard rates and fees may apply from your wireless carrier.

Phone Banking

Using Phone Banking and any touch-tone phone, you can check account balances, transfer funds, see if a check has cleared, make withdrawals, and more.

To access Phone Banking:

  • Call 877-696-3876, then select option 2.

  • You will need your account number and a Personal Identification Number (PIN).

  • Your temporary PIN is the last four digits of your Social Security Number. For security purposes, you will be prompted to change your temporary PIN on your first access.
