Metro Unveils New

CHELSEA, Mass. (April 7, 2015) – Metro Credit Union, the largest state-chartered credit union, launched a newly redesigned today. The new site boasts a smarter, more responsive design, user friendly navigation, and enhanced financial education content among other features.

Working jointly with Metro’s marketing team, digital marketing agency Boston Interactive delivered on the new site’s major objectives:
  • Completely redesign the user experience making it easier for members to navigate and creating clear calls to action that drive account opening and loan applications
  • Update the digital brand to reflect a modern web site while creating a responsive design for the desktop and mobile devices.
  • Develop a stronger focus on financial education, member tools and ‘why Metro.’
  • Choose a Content Management System that the web site could grow with and allows for the Marketing team to leverage targeting and personalization.

The site was built using the Kentico content management system and takes advantage of the enterprise marketing solution features that allow for content personalization.
