Saritin Rizzuto Named to El Planeta's Powermeter 100

CHELSEA, Mass. (May 21, 2014) - Metro Credit Union, the largest state-chartered credit union in Massachusetts, announced that Saritin Rizzuto, AVP Community Relations & Business Development, has been named to El Planeta Publishing’s Powermeter 100 (el Poderómetro 100), a list of the most influential members of the Latino community in Massachusetts, the newspaper recently announced.

Rizzuto joins other notables on the list, including Gov. Deval Patrick, Mayor Martin T. Walsh, U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren and Red Sox star David Ortiz.

Rizzuto has been with Metro Credit Union for over seven years and is a leader in many nonprofit and civic organizations. She is a board member of Casa Myrna, North Suffolk Mental Health, The East Boston Social Center, The Chelsea Chamber of Commerce, Bunker Hill Community College Adult Education Advisory Board and the Hispanic American Chamber of Commerce.

The Powermeter 100 honorees were honored at an event at the Museum of Fine Arts on May 20.
