Metro Donates iPad to Revere School

CHELSEA, Mass. (December 9, 2013) – Metro Credit Union, the Commonwealth’s largest state-chartered credit union, donated an iPad to a class at the Revere Beachmont School on Monday, December 9, 2013. 

The iPad will go to Ms. Mortelette’s class at the Beachmont School. It’s an essential tool that allows the children to communicate better in a learning environment.  

Metro continues to reach out and involve themselves in the surrounding communities, which includes Revere. Charlene Bauer, SVP of Community and Business Development said “We’re glad we could help give these children a new tool for learning and education and we’re happy to support the Beachmont School in this effort.”

Chad Flahive, Assistant Principal at the Beachmont School, said “We are thankful that Metro could help us in this endeavor to better equip these children with the technology they need to thrive in the classroom."
