With Metro's automated Telephone Banking, you can bank 24/7; it's easy and it's FREE. Using Telephone Banking and any touch-tone phone you can check account balances, transfer funds, see if a check has cleared, make withdrawals and much more! To access Telephone Banking, call 800-423-5699.

Notary Public

Metro provides this service free and is available at all branches. To have a document notarized, you will need a valid I.D. and the document must be signed in front of the notary. For more information, call 877-MY-METRO.

Medallion Signature Guarantee

Metro provides this service free to members and is available at 5 branch locations. This service is often required when transferring ownership of securities, such as stocks and bonds. This service is by appointment only and appointments can be made by calling the Member Service Center at 877-MY-METRO.


  • Must be a member of the credit union for at least 30 days
  • Must have primary valid I.D.
  • Document must be signed in front of the branch manager
  • Transaction amount cannot exceed $250,000

Metro Sweep

Metro Sweep is a service that lets you transfer funds from another Metro account to cover overdrafts on your checking account. In case of an overdraft caused by insufficient or unavailable funds, you can authorize the automatic transfer of funds to prevent a check or multiple checks from being returned.

Metro Express Pay

Metro Express Pay transfers your payments from any financial institution to Metro electronically, saving you time and money. This fast and secure method is the easiest way to make your mortgage or loan payments - no more checks to write or stamps to buy. Call 877-MY-METRO to request an enrollment form.

Automated Loan Payments

The Automated Loan payment option lets you make your Metro Credit Union loan payments effortlessly. You designate the Metro Credit Union savings or checking account you want the payment to be transferred from each month to pay your credit card, mortgage, HELOC or any other loan. Wire Transfers

Need to get money out fast? Metro Credit Union can move money across the country quickly, reliably, and securely through wire transfers. Transmissions to U.S. locations usually reach their destination within 1 to 2 business days. For more information call 877-MY-METRO.

Check Reorder

Ordering your checks online is easy! Simply locate Metro's Routing/Transit Number and your Account Number on your check or check reorder form. If you have ordered checks in the last 30 months, visit the Harland Clarke website to order online. You can also call Harland Clarke at  800-275-1053 (Personal Accounts) and 800-503-2345 (Business Account). If it has been longer than 30 months or if you would like to order a new check design, please visit one of our convenient locations or call Harland Clarke.
