New to Online Banking with Metro?
 
If you’ve never used Metro’s Online Banking, you will need to enroll. To enroll, you will need to enter your Metro account number and your full Social Security Number. Please have your phone available to receive an authentication code.
 
 
Step-by-step instructions on how to enroll in Online Banking:
Enrolling in Online Banking with Metro is easy! Just follow the steps below:
 
Click the “enroll in online banking” link on the log in page. Enter your account number and your social security number, read and agree to the terms and conditions, and click “ENROLL”.

 
You will be prompted to create a User ID and password. Passwords must contain no more than 32 characters, both upper and lower case letters and at least one number. As a security precaution, avoid using previous passwords.
 
 
You will then be prompted to log in with the User ID and password you just created. After logging in, you’ll be required to select and answer 5 security questions. Answers must be between 4 and 32 characters long.
 
After setting up the required security questions, you will be prompted to register a phone for identity verification.
 
Please have your phone available to receive a verification code, which you will need to enter on your computer screen.
 
Once you have completed the above steps, you will be able to access Online Banking!
