Getting Started with Online Banking & Bill Pay

The first time you log in to Online Banking, your Username will be your Metro Credit Union account number and your password will be the last four digits of your social security number.

Once you have logged in, you will be prompted to create a new username and password.

Bill Pay Enrollment

Once you have successfully logged in to Online Banking, select Bill Pay from the top menu, accept the disclosures, and begin entering your bills.

Don't Forget to Activate Your eStatements!

To activate your eStatements, follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to Online Banking
2. From the dropdown menu of Additional Services in the top navigation bar, click on eStatements
3. Read and accept the eStatement Disclosure

Once you have completed the above steps your eStatements will be available. Each month we will send you an email to let you know when you can view your
statement(s) online.
