Loan Payoff Request
Home Mortgages (Including Home Equity Loans)
Requests for a mortgage or home equity loan payoff statement must be submitted in writing and accompanied by written borrower authorization. To ensure that complete information is included in your request, please use our Payoff Fax Request Form or submit a written request on your attorney's letterhead.
Due to revisions to Massachusetts mortgage law, online mortgage payoff requests and telephone requests are no longer available.
