Membership Eligibility

With two convenient ways to become a member, joining Metro Credit Union is easy! Open a Regular Savings account with just a $5 deposit. Simply fill out our online Membership Application or visit with a Member Service Representative at any of our 14 Branch Locations to get started.

Who can Join

Membership in Metro Credit Union is open to anyone who lives, works or has a place of business in Essex, Middlesex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Plymouth, Barnstable or Worcester counties.
Over 1,800 local employers offer the Metro@work program. Through Metro’s payroll deduction service, you can save by having automatic deposits from your paycheck – in the amount of your choice – made to your Metro accounts each pay period. Call us at 877-MY-METRO to find out if your employer offers the benefit of Metro@work.
